Removals between İstanbul and Kilis
For a move to Kilis in south-eastern Türkiye, we consider loading, two travel days and delivery access from the outset.
Kilis is a small inland province in south-eastern Türkiye. The İstanbul–Kilis calculation ends at the city centre; an address in another district adds distance. We arrange household removals in both directions. Education, a different home or a change in family circumstances may prompt a move, while the actual scope depends on the addresses and inventory.

Distance and time computed with OSRM on OpenStreetMap data from our Sancaktepe base to Kilis Merkez city centre (2026-10-01); lorry speed, breaks and weather are not included. Population is the TÜİK ADNKS figure as recorded on Wikidata. Population and migration: TÜİK, Address-Based Population Registration System and Internal Migration Statistics 2025 (reuse permitted with attribution). Climate: NASA POWER monthly climatology 2001–2020 for the roughly 50 km grid cell containing the city centre; coastal and mountain differences are averaged within the cell. The road from İstanbul to Kilis
From Sancaktepe, the route follows the O-7 and O-4, the O-20 connection around Ankara, then the O-21, O-51 and O-52 motorways. The final approach uses the D825 and D410 state roads. Motorway tolls are included in the quotation; we confirm the addresses and route before discussing the scope. The calculated distance is about 1,141 km, with more than eleven hours of uninterrupted driving. That figure is not a delivery estimate for a loaded lorry. For a route over 600 km, we plan two travel days, driver rest and breaks. NASA POWER's long-term January figures show about 12 frost days and a lowest monthly mean minimum near -6 °C; these are not a forecast for a particular date.
Who is moving to Kilis
In TÜİK's 2025 figures, around 24 % of arrivals in Kilis cited better housing and living conditions, 23 % education and 22 % dependence on a household or family member. For a change of home, we check whether larger furniture will fit the new rooms as well as the room count. Students arriving for education may have a single-room load between a dormitory and a flat, or just a few items. If a move to join family leaves belongings without a place, we can discuss storage. TÜİK's percentages describe province-wide migration reasons; each removal is planned from its own inventory.
How we arrange the delivery window
We confirm when the belongings will be ready, building access in İstanbul and where the lorry can stop. Loading, the road, driver rest and unloading in Kilis are arranged across two travel days; each move has its own delivery window. Traffic, weather, loading time or access may change the schedule. A smaller load may suit part-load moving if the route and date allow. Send both addresses, an inventory and a date range through contact to request a plan.
At the Kilis end
Delivery beyond Kilis city centre adds distance, so we ask for the district address and lorry access early. The province is inland, and the move is planned by road. The floor, stairwell, entrance width and carrying distance from the vehicle complete the access picture. If the layout at the new home differs, we can list which furniture should be unloaded first and which pieces need assembly.
Packing and vehicle
Packing, load restraint and the unloading order all matter on a long-distance move. We wrap fragile items appropriately, protect furniture surfaces and arrange the load so it stays secure in a closed-body vehicle. If belongings need to wait, indoor storage conditions can be included in the loading plan. We check the floors and entrances in İstanbul and Kilis; an external furniture lift can be considered where access calls for it.
What affects the cost
The quotation reflects volume, floors and lift access, vehicle approach at both addresses, packing, date and the 1,141 km route. Motorway tolls, two travel days and driver rest are included in the planning scope. A few items may need a different vehicle arrangement from a full household move. Frequently asked questions
Do you move from Kilis to İstanbul as well?
Yes, we can plan moves from Kilis to İstanbul too. Share the collection and delivery addresses and the volume for a separate plan.
Can I arrange a part-load for a few belongings?
The volume, date and availability along the route determine whether it is suitable. Ask about part-load moving for a smaller consignment.
How many days do you allow for the Kilis journey?
We plan two travel days and driver rest for the calculated distance. The delivery window is set once the job and road conditions are clearer.
Can you deliver outside the city centre?
We can consider district addresses. We assess the extra distance from the centre and vehicle access at the delivery point.
