How we plan the process and route
Share photos or videos, both addresses, the volume of belongings and your target date range in your first conversation. If needed, we survey the volume and access. From the inventory, we identify items needing particular packing and the information required for customs paperwork.
We agree the road or sea leg, any transfer and delivery arrangement while preparing the quotation. The route is fixed at this stage for the load and delivery address; a later change to either means reviewing the plan. On loading and delivery day
We pack items for their type and the transport plan. Labels and box contents follow the inventory to keep items identifiable. Before loading, we check the moving list and secure belongings in the vehicle.
At delivery, check items against your inventory. Have visible damage or missing items recorded on the delivery report and take photos. Customs documents and delivery steps vary, so follow the paperwork plan and the authorised party's directions.
What affects the quotation
The quotation depends on the volume and type of belongings, access at both addresses, packing and paperwork needs, the road or sea leg and delivery address. Incomplete inventories or addresses can leave the plan unclear, so share current photos, videos and details. We agree the route at quotation stage and do not promise a duration.
