Hotel Relocation

We plan the move of bedroom furniture, beds and linen, along with restaurant and kitchen equipment, around how your hotel operates. If items need storage during refurbishment, we can discuss that during the survey.

Moving a hotel, or moving its contents to another address during refurbishment, involves more than loading everything into a lorry at once. The order in which bedroom furniture leaves, when shared areas are cleared and which floor is set up first at the new address all need to be considered together. Atasoy Nakliyat plans hotel removals after learning how your property is used and what working schedule you have set.

We begin by confirming both addresses, the areas to be moved and the volume of items. We review the room and floor plans, any restaurant and kitchen areas, and access to the buildings during the survey. This lets us plan the crew and vehicles around the actual scope rather than a broad estimate.

What hotel removals include

  • Preparing bedroom furniture, beds and bases for the move
  • Separating boxes of linen, curtains and other textiles by room or floor
  • Moving furniture from the lobby, meeting areas and shared spaces
  • Protecting and loading restaurant and kitchen equipment according to its type
  • Placing items in the rooms and areas you specify at the new address

We identify furniture that needs dismantling and reassembly during the survey. Your authorised staff or the relevant technical service should handle technical connections for appliances connected to electricity, water or gas. We plan the moving sequence around that work.

Planning a hotel move

First, we agree which parts of the hotel will remain in use and which areas can be moved. Working floor by floor or section by section helps organise the use of corridors and shared spaces. We note which rooms will be cleared first, the order for setting up at the new address and which items staff need access to.

We ask about busy guest areas and periods, then arrange the plan to keep the moving route separate from guest movement. We also follow building management rules and your working hours.

If items need temporary storage during refurbishment, tell us what needs to return and when. We can include this in the survey; see our storage page.

What happens on moving day

The team lead and your representative review the areas and route. We label bedroom furniture, linen boxes and shared-area items by room or section. Kitchen equipment is prepared according to its condition and the plan agreed with your technical staff.

We load in the agreed order and keep items from each area together where possible. At the new address, we follow the floor or section plan, place equipment in its assigned area and reassemble furniture in the agreed scope.

We stay in contact with your representative. If the sequence or access changes, we confirm the next step so the crew and hotel staff have the same plan.

What affects the price

The price depends on the number of rooms and sections, the furniture and equipment, floor and lift or loading access at both addresses, and the distance between them. Dismantling, reassembly, packing, the moving date and any temporary storage are also considered. Send photos or videos and both addresses on WhatsApp, or request a survey through our contact page.

Preparing before the move

  • Prepare an up-to-date plan showing room and floor names.
  • Confirm with building management which corridors, lifts and entrances can be used on moving day.
  • Decide in advance who will prepare room linen and personal belongings.
  • Agree technical connection and preparation responsibilities for kitchen equipment with the relevant staff.
  • Set aside items for temporary storage and note when they will be needed back.

Frequently asked questions

Can you move hotel contents floor by floor?

Yes. During the survey, we agree the order for each floor and section around the property's access rules and working arrangements.

Can items be stored while a hotel is being refurbished?

Tell us what needs storage and when it is needed back. We can include both steps in the plan; see our storage page.

Do you disconnect kitchen appliances?

Your authorised staff or technical service should handle electrical, water or gas connections. We plan around their preparation.

What should I send to request a survey?

Send photos or videos of the areas and both addresses on WhatsApp, or request an on-site survey through our contact page.

Where to next?

Tell us where from, where to and when. A few photos are usually enough for a quote.
