Business and Institutional Relocation

Business removals are about more than moving items between addresses. We plan around how your organisation works, which departments move first and how work will continue at the new premises.

When an office, hospital or production site moves, its workflow moves too. We first agree the scope, contacts and destination layout. One named contact helps questions and changes reach the right person. Atasoy Nakliyat is based in Sancaktepe and serves all 39 districts of İstanbul and all 81 provinces of Türkiye.

What business removals include

The scope depends on the organisation. For offices and workplaces, see our office removals service. We have dedicated pages for hospital and clinic relocation and factory and machinery relocation. We also move archives and records, shops, schools, hotels, exhibitions and stands.

Labelling, inventory and delivery order matter as much as furniture and equipment. We agree in advance where each item should go, then mark boxes and parts with that destination. We also discuss any access or confidentiality requirements during the scope review. If sensitive equipment must be dismantled or recommissioned by its manufacturer or a technical service team, we coordinate the transport plan with them.

When and how to plan

We start by discussing the departments being moved, both addresses, building access and the decision-makers within your organisation. We then set out the work sequence using the inventory and the destination room, department or production-line plan. Every organisation has a different working pattern, so tell us early if you need out-of-hours work, a weekend move or a phased relocation.

When choosing a date, we take account of whether the new premises are ready and any building rules for goods lifts, vehicle access or working hours. For a larger organisation or one with several departments, agreeing the responsible people and a way to contact them in advance helps prevent decisions waiting on moving day.

What happens on moving day

Our team follows the agreed department sequence and inventory. Furniture and portable equipment are labelled, and boxes are directed to their destination rooms or units. We do not open or inspect confidential records; we agree with your representative where sealed, coded boxes should be placed.

If out-of-hours or phased work has been agreed, we organise the team and vehicle movements around that plan. At the new address, we place items at the agreed locations and check each department with its representative. Your organisation decides when each unit resumes work; our role is to fit the physical move around that sequence.

What affects the price

The scope depends on departments, item volume, access at both addresses, distance, packing or dismantling, and any out-of-hours or phased work. Labelling and sensitive-equipment coordination can also affect the plan. Send item photos and both addresses by WhatsApp, or request a survey.

Preparing before the move

  • Appoint one person to coordinate decisions within your organisation.
  • Prepare an up-to-date plan showing the departments being moved and their destination points.
  • Keep confidential records sealed; put only the necessary routing codes on the boxes.
  • Agree vehicle access, goods-lift use and access hours with both building managers.
  • Tell us which equipment needs support from its manufacturer or technical service team, and share their contact details.

Frequently asked questions

Do you handle institutional moves beyond offices?

Yes. As well as offices and workplaces, we move hospitals and clinics, factories and workshops, archives, shops, schools, hotels, exhibitions and stands. We plan each job around the items being moved and the organisation's working arrangements.

Can the move take place outside working hours?

We can discuss out-of-hours work during planning. We consider suitable days, building access and the organisation's department sequence together; the organisation decides its working hours and when services resume.

Will we have one person to contact during the move?

We agree a contact for planning and monitoring the move. Appointing a coordinator within your organisation also helps us get decisions about the inventory and destination layout from the right person.

Send photos or videos of the premises, both addresses and any floor plan by WhatsApp, or request a survey. We can clarify what is needed and agree the scope of the move together.
