An exhibition move needs the stand materials, product samples and venue rules to fit the same schedule. We collect the details in advance and agree the loading and delivery order with you.
Exhibition and stand removals involve more than moving items between addresses: the move also needs to follow the venue's access and working arrangements. Stand materials, product samples and display equipment may need different packing, while the order in which items are set up affects the delivery sequence. Planning an exhibition move
We check the loading area, vehicle access hours and build-up schedule, then list the stand structure, furniture, samples, brochures and other materials. Labels showing the event, section or box contents help identify items at the venue.
Tell us which materials are needed first. We plan loading around that order, using the organiser's confirmed access and delivery rules. If the information changes, we review the arrangements.

What happens on moving day
Before loading, we check the item list and delivery points. Stand parts and samples are grouped separately and protected according to their type. Event, section or stand labels help the receiving team sort boxes.
We load in the venue's installation order, follow the organiser's access procedure and place items in the allocated area. The installation team handles the stand build and technical work.
For breakdown, we agree which parts to collect, what packaging is available and where to hand items over. Keeping related parts together and retaining labels helps with another move or storage.
What affects the price
The price depends on the volume, size and weight of stand materials and samples, packing, distance and access at both addresses. Venue vehicle hours, delivery point, build-up and breakdown dates, and extra transport or storage also affect the plan.
