Cookie policy
This page lists every cookie and storage entry that atasoynakliyat.com writes to your browser, what it is for and how long it stays. Statistics cookies are written only with your consent.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text record written to your browser when you visit a site. Browser storage does the same job but stays on your device only. Below we call both "entries".
Which entries we use
Necessary
The site cannot work, or remember your choice, without these. They need no consent.
| Name | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
atasoy_consentCookie | Stores your cookie choice (accepted or refused) and a random record number. | 180 days |
atasoy_assistantCookie | Keeps your phone verification in the moving assistant for 24 hours; written only after you verify your number. | 24 hours |
Features you ask for
Written only when you press a button, kept on this device and never sent to our server. They need no consent.
| Name | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
atasoy-themeBrowser storage | Remembers the light or dark theme you picked. | Until you clear it |
atasoy-checklist-v1Browser storage | Keeps what you ticked in the moving checklist on this device. | Until you clear it |
Operational (statistics and performance)
Written only if you allow them. If you do not, none is written; if you withdraw later they are deleted.
| Name | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
rl_anonymous_idCookie | Holds a random ID so the same visitor is not counted twice. | Up to 1 year |
rl_sessionCookie | Used to measure when a visit starts and how long it lasts. | Up to 1 year |
rl_page_init_referrerrl_page_init_referring_domainCookie | Holds the page you came from (the referring address). | Up to 1 year |
rudder_*Browser storage | Temporarily holds statistics events that are waiting to be sent. | Until you clear it |
The site has no third-party advertising or tracking scripts.
Giving and withdrawing consent
The cookie banner opens on your first visit. "Reject all" and "Accept all" are the same size and equally easy; "Manage choices" lets you select statistics cookies alone. Until you choose, no statistics cookie is written and no statistics data is sent; the site works as it is.
You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. When you withdraw consent, the statistics cookies are deleted. Your choice is kept in your browser for 180 days and then asked again. If you clear your browser cookies, you are asked again too.
A record of your choice (a random number, the date and the choice) is kept for 12 months as proof; it contains no IP address, phone number or other identifier.
Where statistics data goes
When you allow it, page views, phone and WhatsApp clicks and page speed measurements are sent with a random visitor ID to our shared analytics platform (Matomo) and to Google Analytics. Data sent to Google may be processed on servers abroad. We do not sell this data to third parties for advertising. See the privacy notice for details.
External content that loads only when you start it
Some tools do not connect to any external service until you press a button and allow it in the pop-up that opens. We ask every time; if you do not allow it, the feature does not work:
- Google Maps: In the address-to-address tool, pressing "Show route on map" and allowing it loads Google's map frame. Google may write its own cookies at that point and sees your IP address; this falls under the Google Privacy Policy.
- Satellite imagery (Esri): When you turn on satellite imagery on the district map and allow it, image tiles are requested from Esri's servers; Esri sees your IP address.
- WhatsApp and Google Calendar links: Clicking them takes you to that service's own site, whose terms then apply.
Deleting from your browser
You can delete all cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. Deleting the necessary entries only means you are asked about your choice again and your assistant verification is reset.
